Meet at The Duver at 18.00 ready for a 18.30 start. Plenty of parking by the sea wall or behind the beach huts in the National Trust car park. Toilets at the Baywatch should be open.

Sea swim is 600m followed by a short run of 3.4k.

Event is a nominated time event and free to members.
