The 3rd round of the Wight Tri Summer Splash and Dash Series took place at the Duver, St Helens, starting with a 650m swim and followed by a 3.4km run through St Helens and back to the Duver via the Causeway.
1st in the nominated event was Luke Jeffrey who completed the course in 28:14, 46 seconds inside his nominated time of 29:00. 2nd was Liz Dunlop who was 1 min 10 seconds inside her nominated time in 29:10. Joe Norman was 3rd with a 1:28 difference finishing in 27:32.
Fastest male and females were Sean Williams in 25:22 and Nina French in 28:40.
